“The cave you fear to enter holds
the treasure you seek.”

I’d love to have a real conversation
about fear and transformation.

Let’s talk.

Online: Radically Authentic Leadership - Take Pride In Who You Are

“We need women like you to stand up and have the balls to inspire us all.”

How did Melissa Andrada go from being a shy intern who never said a word during meetings to a Chief Operations Officer winning over the hearts of VCs and helping raise $1.6 million to a CEO nurturing a multi-continent business that embodies her purpose and values?

Melissa will share her own personal practice of transformation and radically authentic leadership as a queer immigrant woman of color, alongside her learnings from progressive executive leaders at Google, Unilever, Skype, KPMG, Lyft and Discovery. A believer in out-and-proud vulnerability, Melissa will share how owning her story has transformed shame and trauma into her biggest superpower, equipping her with profound self love and courage to fully show up as herself.

Melissa would love to empower you on your journey — to bring out the most powerful essence of self to be taken seriously in the boardroom, get the promotion or support you need, speak your truth on a public stage or even simply talk to the guy or girl you’ve been crushing on at the coffee shop.

This is one of her signature workshop experiences she’s shared at Out in Tech at Microsoft in London, UK Government Digital Service in London, Impact Hub in Seattle, Lesbians Who Tech at Google in Paris and Coaches Training Institute in Singapore.

What you’ll take away

She’ll share memorable soulful stories, practical tips, and tools to uncover confidence and executive presence in yourself, your team and your community with a focus on:

  • Developing your inner mentor/leader -- the most powerful essence of self, a powerful antidote to the inner critic or imposter syndrome

  • Building a self love and resilience toolkit for navigating systemic oppression and micro-aggressions

Who this is for — this is for people of all genders, racial backgrounds, sexual orientations, nationalities, religions

  • People who have gotten feedback that they don’t come off as confident

  • People who feel nervous interrupting, pitching, asking for what they want

  • People who have faced sexism, racism, homophobia, xenophobia or other forms of oppression

  • People who want to have more influence in their organisation & be taken seriously by executives
