I am particularly passionate about advising creative leaders with an unhealthy relationship with money and a healthy skepticism for capitalism.

I spent five years as a lead strategist at Wolff Olins, a creative consultancy famous for its work on the 2012 Olympics, Uber, Tate and (RED). Storytelling is one of my superpowers.

Once we’ve defined your leadership vision, we’ll think through the people and processes you’ll need to make your vision a reality — and make it financially sustainable. I focus on two core operational areas: talent development and client development.
Bringing out the best in people is what keeps up us up at night. I spent the past five years collaborating with HR and executive leaders at organizations that include BT, IDEO, Moving Brands and GoCardless to build cultures of learning and high impact.
Based on your vision and business objectives, I can help you create and implement a strategy for how to bring in and develop your people. I’m particularly passionate about diversity & inclusion, psychological safety and feedback.
Client Development Strategy
Once we’ve defined who you are for, we’ll design a strategy for bringing in the right clients, those with like-minded values, interesting problems and a committed budget too.
We’ll prioritize marketing activities to ensure your efforts aren't wasted on meaningless Instagram posts, but thoughtful high-impact content and experiences that lead to a long-lasting return on investment. We’ll also implement financial and operational rigour, auditing your processes for tracking, collecting insights, billing and taking action on existing and prospective clients.
