I co-founded the corporate learning arm within Wolff Olins. I helped develop an online learning platform with the capacity to reach 100,000+ people across global organisations.
With the support of senior leadership, I built this venture on my own initiative from the ground up. My role involved many hats:
Vision + Business strategy + Metrics
Product strategy + Course design
Business development + Marketing internal training
Our alumni base, includes senior leaders from Virgin, EE, AECOM, (RED), Frog Design, Macmillan and the Wellcome Trust. Our Net Promoter Score -- the likelihood of learners to recommend our courses -- was 87. To put this into context, Apple is 76, Amazon is 69.
